MODIFICATION TO ZONING CONDITIONS:
This is the land that Frank Potts cleared and prepped for development. If we want to preserve, protect, and promote our community, we all need to weigh in on this by contacting Commissioner Stamey and the other BOC members. This certainly appears to be on a fast track. A bank now owns the property, and their attorneys filed the modification requests. Using the County’s Website, it is easier to contact the BOC.
